This machine is a stunning example of the early Remington 5 machine. We cleaned it inside and out and did out best to get the machine to look as fresh and new as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: One thing with this machine is the platen (main roller) is very hard and does not allow the paper to feed easily. It does feed, however it is inconsistent and we want to be 100% transparent in this item. We replaced the feed rollers (smaller rollers) however the machine would benefit from a new platen which is reflected in the price.
This machine would be PERFECT for someone's display shelf, office or for very light typing.
A new ribbon has been installed, the machine is being sold with its original case.
